Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or through the Paddle customer portal. Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely by Paddle. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other regional payment methods Paddle supports.
Can I try Movie Finder for free?
Yes — the Free plan is free forever and requires no credit card. You can browse the full TMDB catalogue, use basic search, and save up to 50 bookmarks. Premium and Pro do not currently offer a free trial.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the pricing page. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our Terms of Service and any consumer protection laws that apply in your region. If you have an issue with a charge, contact support and we'll review it.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Account data is stored securely in Firebase, and Paddle is the merchant of record for payments — we never see or store your card details. We do not sell personal data.
